Thats all well and good, it does help some, the mind is a powerful thing. Doesn't work for me much anymore, we had to come to Fl to help with my Parents. My wife does most but still don't have any time for ourselves.
Fibromyalgia does have its emotional component but I think for the most part, it is a lesson is taking charge. You have to take charge of your health through diet, exercise and medication in order for your health to be successful and taking no action only makes things worse in the long run.
This is good! Helps me out a lot - helps to change the focus of attention! I tried a facebook site for this - it seems like a lot of people with fibro want to stay on the pitty potty! I came down, from a severe opiate to a moderate/severe opiate, by focusing on other things, ideas, projects, goals for the day (didn't have to be attained, just tried). Didn't get many followers - I think they feel comfortable on the fur-lined pitty potty! lolol
