Gluten-Free Flour Blend For Breads ( This is the blend for recipes that call for yeast)

  • 1 cup brown rice flour

  • 1 cup sorghum flour

  • 3/4 cup millet flour( if millet flour is not available, chickpea flour may be substituted.)

  • 1 cup tapioca flour

  • 1 cup cornstarch

  • 1/3 instant mashed potato flacks (unflavored)


  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Whisk to make sure flours are evenly distributed.

  2. The recipe can be doubled or tripled. Store ion an airtight container in the refrigerator.
