Flourless Chicken Pancakes


  • Ingredients: 1 chicken breast precooked chicken (season while cooking/steaming), 3 eggs, and herbs of your choice (I use oregano, basil, mint, and parsley).


  1. In the food processor – blend ingredients until smooth. Mix until the mixture looks like pancake batter.

  2. Cook ¼ cup of the mixture in a greased skillet like you would a pancake. The batter will spread but it should not be too thin. Also, they cook pretty fast so watch them.

Nutritional Facts

This recipe is simple and best of all
its gluten free. Great with a diced salad or any salad of choice.
