We all know how busy the holiday season is and we also know how stressful it can be. While the goal is to enjoy the holiday season, fibromyalgia pain and exhaustion do not go away for a holiday season that starts before Thanksgiving and does not end until after New Years Day.

Probably, the most important way to eliminate stress and fatigue is to maintain a healthy diet and stay active so keep your immune system strong and your mind less stressed. Some other things to do to make the holidays less stressful include planning, not taking on more than you can handle, being flexible but realistic as to what you can handle, and budging because money can add stress as well.

By preparing, you can make the holiday season easier to bear.

What types of concerns do you have about your fibromyalgia symptoms this holiday season? What ideas do you have to keep fibro symptoms from ruining your holiday plans?
