Cold Bones: Do you ever feel as though your bones are cold?

I know this probably sounds weired, but sometimes I feel cold, really cold, and realize that it is originating in my bones. The ambient temperature doesn't have to be cold. It can be hot OR cold; my skin isn't cold. If I cover up with a blanket and/or put on a sweater or coat, it makes no difference; I'm still cold. Sometimes uncontrollable shivers accompany the cold-bones feeling. These episodes are usually followed by a "zapped" feeling; no strength, utter fatigue.
Do these symptoms sound familiar to anyone out there? ;-) Mara
